“The liberal donation made to Fondazione Amici dell’Infanzia is deductible from tax, pursuant to and for the purposes of the current tax regulations under Art. 83, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 117/2017 (Third Sector Code), for an amount equal to 30% of the costs incurred up to a maximum of €30,000.00 in each tax period; should it be more advantageous for the individual, it is possible to opt for deductibility from taxable income up to a limit of 10% of the total declared income, provided that the benefits are not combined.”
