This Cookie Policy refers exclusively to the website www.crcpediatrico.org (“Site”) and is an integral part of the Privacy Policy of the same. Centro Pediatrico Romeo ed Enrica Invernizzi Pediatric Center (hereinafter, “Owner”, “CRC” or “Company”), pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”), provides information on the processing of personal data using cookies, web beacons and similar technologies.

2. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

The data controller is the Romeo and Enrica Invernizzi Pediatric Research Center, located at Via Giovanni Battista Grassi n. 74 – 20157 Milan, Italy (“CRC” or “Data Controller”). Personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and confidentiality.

However, should the need arise, data will only be transferred to countries that offer adequate standards of protection under applicable laws or with the adoption of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
